mfkers be like "i hate pineapple on pizza" and the pineapple pizza in question is a sad soggy watery mess. yeah if that was my only exposure to it id fuckin hate it too.
the trick is to properly squeeze out the water from it beforehand. if its too sweet you can lightly grill the pineapple first to remove some of that sweetness. it also pairs really well with something like pepperoncinis or pepper flakes for some spicy to go with the sweet.
pineapple on pizza is complicated but the flavor profile when done correctly is absolutely divine.
