really really like how my dolphin setup can no longer boot into the Wii Menu

like i get the warning screen but then it's black and coredump starts blaring my CPU

it works with a completely clean user and cache folder.
Deleting Wii and re-updating did not fix it
Deleting shader cache did not fix it
Deleting SYSCONF did not fix it

what to do?
